Elli
Elli has been with us since the very beginning:her friendly and helpful nature and especially her culinary talents will be rememberd for a very long time.
Sarafina
Sarafina has been with us for a couple of years and is responsible for all the household duties. She washes, irons and cooks and her homemade bread is an absolute delicacy.
Johnny und Victor
Johnny and Victor were two of 40 construction workers that helped build the lodge. When the lodge was finished, we asked them to stay with us. They are primarily responsible for all handy work that is required around the lodge.
Daniel
Daniel had been living on the property when we bought it and we therefore asked him to stay with us as well. He is responsible for the general maintenance of the outside areas and he also ensures that the pool always remains crystal clear.
Helmut
Helmut the dog joined us at a later stage.
